Brian Holt - Founder/CFO

Brian Holt brings a wealth of experience in finance, project management, and accounting to Asheville Small Homes. Prior to joining the team, Brian led the logistics division of a billion-dollar company, where he honed his skills in data analysis and scaling organizations. Now, he applies his expertise to the world of affordable housing, working closely with the team to manage projects, track finances, and ensure that each home is delivered on-time and within budget. Brian's passion for helping others and creating a positive work environment make him an invaluable member of the team.
